Can I make an offer for a property online?

Our site isn't set up to take offers directly. However, with each listing detail is the listing party's contact information. You may post an offer to them directly, or just have them contact you.

How come there are no listings for my next duty station?

The site is dependent on word of mouth. I am active duty in Elizabeth City, NC so there are several listings in that area. Spread the word and hopefully there will be listings at your next duty station.

What if I don't find what I want?

If you searched our listings and didn't find exactly what you are looking for, you have the opportunity to send your "WishList" to all of our featured agents. Your search criteria will be emailed for them to help you find just what you are looking for.

Can I list my home For Sale and For Rent?

Yes, many people in today's economy are finding that they must try to sell or rent their homes. Both the Coastie Silver and the Coastie Gold packages include two listings so you can now list it twice if you choose.

Will I keep getting billed even if I no longer have any listings?

No, your subscription will not continue beyond the duration you bought. Once your subscription session is up, it will be stopped and you will be emailed a reminder to renew. If you remove all of your listings before your subscription is up, they obviously will not appear, even though you may still have time left on your subscription.

How do I edit my listings?

Once you have signed up, you may log into your account using the login tab above. Once you are logged in, your account management menu appears on the right. You can manage your listings and your profile right from there. When you are finished, simply click on the Logout link that appears.

How many pictures can I upload with my listing?

You may include up to 10 images of your property. If you are an agent subscriber, you may also include images in your profile and your company logo.

I uploaded pictures but I don't see them?

This normally is caused by a network connection timeout. It means that the photos you are attempting to upload are to large in file size. You can edit the photo size, or you can upload the pictures one or two at a time.

How long until my listing will show up on the site?

Instantaneously. If you submit your listing correctly, it will show up immediately. The main reason that listings do not show will be due to a connection timeout. See previous.

How do the featured listings work?

If you've signed up for a package that includes featured listings, you may allow all or some of your listings to be included in the featured listings on the home page. You may, at any time, add or remove specific listings from the featured ones, it's your choice.
